Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.
We currently use USPS to deliver all our orders.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
The rate charged for you’re the shipping on your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Katavi Botanicals is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
